OHFA Board Approves Financing for Seven Developments

COLUMBUS, OH – Last Wednesday, the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) Board approved financing from various programs for seven housing developments to create or preserve affordable housing units throughout the state.

Developments that received Board approval for funding are:

Central

Hebron Senior Apartments: National Church Residences received approval for a $1.75 million Housing Development Loan. The project will construct 42 new units for older Ohioans in Hebron (Licking County).

Touchstone Field Place II: Community Housing Network, Inc., received approval for $5 million in Housing Development Assistance Program funds and a $2 million Housing Development Loan. The project will construct 44 new units for Ohioans that are homeless or at risk of homelessness in Columbus (Franklin County).

Northeast

Hope Homes I: CHN Housing Partners received approval for a $1.25 million Housing Development Loan. The project will construct 30 single-family, lease-to-purchase homes for families in Cleveland (Cuyahoga County).

Niles Senior Housing: Neighborhood Development Services, Inc., received approval for $1,169,762 in Housing Development Assistance Program funds and a $1.25 million Housing Development Loan. The project will construct 42 new units for older Ohioans in Niles (Trumbull County).

Northwest

Defiance Ridge Apartments: Buckeye Community Hope Foundation received approval for a $1.75 million Housing Development Loan. The project will rehabilitate 36 units for families in Defiance (Defiance County).

Southwest

Renew Miami Chapel Phase I: Co-developers, Model Property Development, LLC and Invictus Development Group, Inc., received approval for a $1.75 million Housing Development Loan. The project will construct 44 new units for families in Dayton (Montgomery County).

Stratford Place: Fairfield Homes received approval for $2.55 million in Housing Development Assistance Program funds and a $2 million Housing Development Loan. The project will rehabilitate 100 units for older Ohioans in Dayton (Montgomery County).
