Gray Property Group owner honored by SBA
Nick Gray of Gray Property Group, Manchester, has been named the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 2023 New Hampshire Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
Gray, 28, is founder of Gray Property Group, a multifamily investment, sales and property management firm based in Manchester. An engineer who worked for Pratt & Whitney designing turbine blades for the F-35 fighter jet and the Blackhawk helicopter, he decided to pursue a more entrepreneurial path and purchased an Exeter duplex in 2017, and after several investment deals and sales transactions, he became a real estate broker in 2021 and opened Gray Property Group.
Today, the company owns and operates over 50 renovated apartments worth more than $9 million and manages dozens of other properties totaling over $30 million in assets. His firm has seven employees and four sales agents.
This year’s SBA Award winners will be honored at the 2023 National Small Business Week celebration sponsored by the New Hampshire office of the U.S. Small Business Administration and the NH Bankers Association, 4 to 6 p.m. May 3, at Manchester Country Club, Bedford.
Three added to CATCH Board
CATCH Neighborhood Housing, Concord, has added three new members to its board of directors: Chris Nadeau, director of commercial services at The Nobis Group, Concord; Julie Palmeri executive director of Concord Housing + Redevelopment, who previously served as chief operating officer of The Severn Companies; and Todd Watson, vice president of commercial lending at Franklin Savings Bank, who has served on CATCH’s Finance Committee for over four years.
$5.6 million awarded to repair NH tidal culverts
The four members of New Hampshire’s congressional delegation have announced that the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to replace three undersized tidal culverts on state roads in Stratham and Rye and $2.7 million to remove, document and recycle, repurpose or properly dispose of abandoned, lost or otherwise discarded fishing gear and end-of-life fishing gear from the Gulf of Maine’s water and shorelines of New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts.
MVSB supports supportive housing
Meredith Village Savings Bank has purchased a $7,000 tax credit through the Community Development Finance Authority in support of Farmsteads of New England’s Redberry Farm Supportive Housing Project in Epping, which seeks to create housing for 27 individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

TFMoran adds new engineer
Guillermo Sepulveda has joined TFMoran as a civil project engineer in TFMoran’s Bedford office. Sepulveda, who graduated from the University of New Hampshire in May 2021, has experience in civil/site design, permitting, field testing, site surveying and inspection for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
