Stocks in Focus: GIFT Nifty traded higher as the index was up 81 points or 0.32% at 25,061 indicating a positive start for domestic indices NSE Nifty 50 and BSE Sensex on Monday. Previously, on Monday, the NSE Nifty 50 closed the session 84.25 points or 0.34% higher at 24,936, while the BSE Sensex rose 375 points or 0.46% to close at 81,560.

Religare Enterprises
Based on the Enforcement Directorate’s complaint against Religare Enterprises’ three senior officials for making false allegations against the Burman brothers, the Mumbai Police filed a First Information Report (FIR), the company informed the exchanges on Monday.
Suzlon Energy
Suzlon Group announced on Monday that it had bagged India’s largest wind energy order from NTPC Green Energy Limited, the renewables arm of NTPC Limited, for 1166 MW. In a regulatory filing, Suzlon said that it will install a total of 370 wind turbine generators (WTGs) of S144 equipped with a Hybrid Lattice Tubular (HLT) tower and a rated capacity of 3.15 MW each at two projects of NTPC Renewable Energy and one project of Indian Oil NTPC Green Energy.
Lemon Tree Hotels
The company has signed a license agreement viz Lemon Tree Hotel, Nashik, Maharashtra. The property shall be managed by Carnation Hotels Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd and is expected to open in FY26. This hotel will feature 57 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a banquet hall, a meeting room, a swimming pool, and a spa.
PNB Housing Finance
PNB Housing Finance announced that its board of directors approved the issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) worth up to Rs 2,500 crore.
GMR Airports Infrastructure
GMR Airports Infrastructure will acquire a 10% minority stake in Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) from Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide for an aggregate consideration of $126 million. DIAL is a subsidiary of GMR Airports and the latter currently holds a 64% stake in the company.
HG Infra Engineering
HG Infra Engineering said it has secured a Rs 781.11-crore contract from the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) for the upgradation of NH 47.
Infosys
SEBI on September 9 lifted restrictions imposed on 16 entities, including some former employees of Infosys, in a case about alleged insider trading activities in IT major shares. The regulator also directed that the prohibition slapped on six entities through the interim order, along with the confirmatory order, will stand vacated with immediate effect, bringing an end to the matter.
Tata Power
TP Solar Ltd, one of India’s largest cell and module manufacturing companies and a subsidiary of Tata Power Renewable Energy, has commenced production of solar cells at its Tamil Nadu plant. The development is expected to boost domestic manufacturing of cells and modules needed to convert sunlight into electricity.
