India’s Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) adopts Bloomberg MARS Valuations to Digitize Treasury Operations | Press

Mumbai: Bloomberg today announced that Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC), India’s leading housing loans provider, has adopted its MARS Valuations solution to augment the bank’s  treasury digitization journey.

MARS Valuations is an advanced enterprise solution that provides credible and complete valuations for derivative portfolios. It has comprehensive asset class coverage that encompasses a broad spectrum of financial instruments, including cash products, exchange-traded and over-the-counter derivatives, and structured products. MARS Valuations is built on a comprehensive quantitative library that delivers valuation for cross-asset cash and derivatives products.

By adopting MARS Valuations, HDFC can feed reliable market and valuation data from Bloomberg into its systems and automate workflows across its front and back-office teams. The solution will also reduce the need for manual data entries and ensure data consistency and transparency between the front and back office.
